Two undocumented Guatemalan immigrants arrested by ICE on Coggeshall Street in New Bedford

NEW BEDFORD —Two undocumented Guatemalan immigrants were arrested on the morning of April 23 by federal officials, one with a criminal record. A third was detained and then released when he provided documentation.
